Great initiative. Even when I was holding this we loosely discussed pooling shareholders to activate change. I sold out on the basis of management and other red flags.
It’s a shame that this company is is not fulfilling its potential. From the outside it needed different leadership and maybe some big thinkers. Mark’s salary is outrageous for the market cap and performance. If the SP appreciated then you could maybe justify it as everyone would be winning but the SP has been abysmal. Surely everyone would be sitting at a loss at these levels.
