People I know that smoke pot are every day type of people that you would not guess smoke pot, I also know some very wealthy and successful people that smoke pot.
Not all people that drink have a drinking problem and not all people that smoke pot are stoned galoots.
As for heroin, yes make it free to those that want it as long as that have it isolation of others. takes out the black market and the crime addicts commit to feed their habits
