I'm starting to take umbrage at grandparents being portrayed as stereotypical midday soapy soft targets who need to be treated with kid gloves because they are venerable.
I'm a grandparent and I don't think I'm in need of special treatment, in fact I reckon I'm in better condition than most middle aged fatties, both physically and mentally. I take "heh boomer" as a compliment .
