The BCN omission of an answer is really concerning. With the presence of KC and Kiran on the BOD and the similarities to the suppression of the SP of the BCN, I got to say that I am now more worried than I was before.
The interview strengthens the concerns around the takeover being the only plausible outcome. KC needs to show commitment to the shareholders and negotiate on our behalf the best possible deal, will he though? I am not so sure, I do not get the feeling that he really cares all that much.
