The Shorters may be building….but with so much news flow to come through in the next few months, they are (IMO) mad to go short. The DFS will no doubt announce fantastic numbers for the Kachi NPV - based on 50kTpa and a much higher selling price. My back of the envelope calcs based on 50kTpa and a selling price of $30-35,000/T have indicated somewhere near a $10B NPV for Kachi alone. Then consider the other 50kTpa from the other 3 projects! Supports the latest Orior Capital numbers - 12 month SP target of $5.90 and, following that, $12 to $21 per share. It’s just a matter of “when”.
