Different issue.
My broker lists Buyers for 4544488 shares and Sellers for 2070076 shares - buy bid twice the sell bid. But Buy bid number 23 is for 2500000 shares at .001 cents. Taking this bid off the buyers number, a better buyers number is 2044488 shares - ie Buy bid is less than Sell bid'.
Looks to me like an attempt to make it seem buyers are more anxious to to buy than they really are.
