I think that the CR will have to have a sweetner such as an allocation to a new class of option.
The options PNOOA are so far out of the money, I just can not see them being converted.
If the CR has a longer dated option, granted with the CR I would happily support such a raising.
Someone sold some more PNOOA's today....no buyers left.
