I highly doubt anyone could sue AJM for the past as no doubt this is a totally new company (new entity, new ABN) with substantially different directors etc etc.

They will have a clean run at managing and developing their projects in due course.

But it will be a very long and difficult road. As good as Fishlake valley sounds, it's going to need some amazing results and some state of the art technology if not brand new technology to develop such a low grade sediments type resource.

LKE has been working on their low grade brine resource for years, and yes they have grown their value significantly but no one really knows if it will work or not after years of work!! AJM are 4 or 5 years behind someone like an LKE.
