It's more so why would you sell when you've already accepted it's a loss and when you sell it's at the point where you're gifting it to someone cause the loss will be so large on open.
So a lot of people are naturally just going to hold and come back in another year and see where it's at.
Who would be dumb enough to sell at a 90% loss?
