I sold a few upon relisting at 0.015 and 0.018 to realise and bank a tax loss to offset against other profits(mainly ffx and kcn), plus to free up some funds to purchase a few more SYA, who coincidentally happen to share some directors with AJM. I was expecting the share price to tank upon relisting,so was pleasantly surprised when share price got up to 1.5- 2.0 cents as I had completely written off my 55k worth of AJM shares.
I only sold about a third of my holding, as my guess is that the massive loss AJM incurred when the altura mine was stolen from them must have some value.At some stage SYA will be producing lithium at a major profit,and my guess is that long term the shared directors will try to transfer some of this huge loss to SYA to offset against profits.Not sure what mechanism would be used for this, but once AJM have started to add abit of value from drilling etc, I would not be surprised by a takeover which encompassess a say 2 50m tax loss at a significant discount so that SYA can offset this against profits, but also returns some value to the AJM shareholders-which significantly include AJM/SYA directors with huge holdings in both.
Just my opinion and may be completely wrong.
