I know its easy to point fingers at management...but the concerns about this project have been highlighted for a long time by many posters and the market itself

* Massive CAPEX
*limited solutions /options
*Weak macros
*peers all collapsing
*China only solution

All these factors have been highlighted often

Maybe the board could have done a few things differently...but it was always a massive task...i really dont see any other board would/could have done better given whats going on globally
