    Looks to me like a largish holder exiting...probably a recent shortfall buyer who needs the cash.

    At 0.05, we are cash backed 80-90% if we assume the asset sale monies will come through (which is very likely). Pretty ridiculous given our physical assets are actually worth quite a bit too.
