my take on it, might be cos some of those sellers doesnt want to wait while drilling is ongoing as results might take awhile and they see opportunity elsewhere for now.
trees, nice tip there, if your 20% increase come true, will see RMI JORC upgraded to ~250MT?
RMI's testing ard 5 km of untested strike length down south, results will be interesting. wonder what the sample turnover time might be.
