So, $1.4M at bank, ~$250K / qtr spend plus (if they take up the option) min $500K to spend over next 12 months on tenement exploration.

2.1B issued, ~1B listed options (may or may not be hit) plus if they take up the tenement option, another ~200M to be issued and another ~$1M to be spent ($250K + $250K + $500K - or equiv. eq.) over say a 12mth period.
