The volume and SP action (+30%) over recent months has been very interesting.
Recent co. discussions confirm big ebitda and npat numbers supporting the div distribution.
At the macro level I am seeing very good results from other building materials co. in-line with the continuation in detached dwelling construction.
While 20c marks an 85% gain from my avg it is my belief that it will hit $0.40 on the back of improved trading conditions and 2c div payment toward end of FY17 (remembering that CAA operates on a calendar reporting cycle).
