Yes there will be capital raising. They need 400 million dollars to launch a satellite. Even by AB's reckoning (highly dubious as it is) $100 million needs to be raised in order to procure loans and funding etc.(for a debt of around 300 million dollars). At an SP of 1c this would mean selling another 10 Billion shares on top of almost 8 Billion currently on issue. This will dilute current holders from 100% holding of the company to 40%.
They might have procured a satellite slot but they're still a few hundred million dollars short of filling that slot.
