They will keep it at this level to "push" people out. Now it is the time that charts will works: when nobody is selling anymore with the daily volume very low, then we will bounce back.

The fear still high and many people will sell, so they will keeping doing that (erasing the line to fill again in the end of the day) while it works.

See how great it is: nobody will buy without some good news and many will sell because of fear. It is a win-win situation. You accumulate in a low level. Then come a good announcement, they push the share back to their normal level (which is far from 1.1), people see "wow this company must be a jackpot" and starts buying the shares they accumulated cheap in a high level.

But I agree with you: when the volume is low the bot will stop and that will be the time to buy.
