With the ill will Patto has generated amongst investors by pulling out and their habitual dumping with the first sign of profit, I hope they are out of the picture for good.

Without Tranche 2, money from Tranche 1 would be suffient to run the Phase 2A trial, we can do a CR after Phase 2A.
