Anyone on Manus is free to leave and will be helped to leave. They just can't queue jump to get to Australia. I can't see how you can relate that to TTE and the soverign risk associated with many develloping countries. As a large and long term shareholder in Lynas I do not want to see the same thing happen to any of my other investments.
