I wouldn't touch Bankers Petroleum for anything - sovereign risk.
I should have been a little more specific - as in comparable companies - because there are good companies in the $60K - $90K range but they tend to be much bigger and stable (so you don't get the growth premium) and typically are not 100% shale focused.
If you are active on TSX I like (and hold) DTX at about $95K multiple.
