I don't know how this application is being used in other companies, but I can share with you that in a medical device company in Sydney who signed up months ago that it has not taken off, barely anyone talks about it and most people probably don't use it, I wouldn't be surprised if they stop paying for it once the agreement comes to an end.
I myself having shares in the company don't bother with the app anymore!
