Currently I think there are 267896497 shares on issue, if I guess that they have managed to place 15% of the shares on issue at 5.3 cents would mean an injection of $1.4 odd million, also means that within a period of 6 months our share holding has been reduced by 30%

The last share raising was completed on the 17th of October for $2.1 million. If as mentioned in one of Reeltime ASX release they issue more then they will be obliged to call a EGM

On current form I guess we could expect another capital raising in October.

I thought that a company was only permitted to raise 15% of the issued capital in one calender year without calling a EGM, if this is the case then I'm sure that Reeltime will have to call an EGM.

As a matter of interest Movies Online has it's AGM this month, which I know some unhappy shareholders will be expressing their views, myself included.

I have personally e-mail at least one of the Directors of Movies Online and Reeltime to discuss these issues and to date I have not had a response, nor am I expecting one. Easy to say that communication is going to improve but for that to happen I think they have to get out of this siege mentality.
