My primary concern now is a TO - and that if RMS is interested, they will get it rather cheap. I'm estimating around 12c-15c - if they are interested.
My reasoning is based on what happened with SPX. In the end RMS owned 96%, before TO completed. RMS simply bought on market.
Currently we are averaging well over 200 Million shares traded over the past few days. Who is buying all these? Are RMS accumulating?
Once a party has certain X%, they also have X% voting power - hence, its really not up to any of us how much the TO will be.
Yes - a notice has to be lodged when an entity becomes a major share holder, hopefully we don't see one, just yet.
