by the tone of my post, I was seeking clarification, not telling you I expected a 7c price. It's a starting point.
YES, I agree that a discount is usually offered, from the current SP. Otherwise, no benefit to recipients, surely?
BUT my point was that the SP can be held down to assist a lower market price. Is there a failure to communicate this clearly on my part? If so I apologize. I'm not trying to TELL you anything, but offering a point of discussion. I'm also trying to deconstruct for the benefit of those who aren't as clued up on CRs.
In any case, a big CR seems not to be necessary at this stage. Any of us of course, could be wrong.
