Im curious why Anthony Barton and associates would be selling down. Does anyone know what terms he left the company on??
I would assume that unless he was sacked he would still be in contact with the existing directors and if deals were about to occur as suggested why would he be dumping his holding like this?? Its a bit of a nerve racking time. Theoretically he has 20 million to get rid of if thats his plan, so will need an announcement and 30-40 million day to break on upwards imo.
