$0.135 cash backing - 20% below cash backing

Still hard to believe this one is trading around 20% below cash backing with no end to this in sight. EV around negative $15M there seems to be plenty of companies out there which have prospects but no cash they must be able to put some of that cash to use to get existing or near term production upside on the books. The directors may be required to make some decisions if the AGM doesn't go there way always interests me to know the directors have more to lose than anyone on this venture yet dont seem to bothered to keep on doing whatever they have been doing.
