three things are holding this back
1) Still many burnt shareholders on the register
2) Tax loss selling (maybe helping with point 1)
3) DOC burning too much cash (hopefully addressed to some degree in 6 weeks)
Summary - the three factors I see holding the sp down will have hopefully been largely alleviated in six weeks or so.
