wouldn't TUI drilling be already paid for? regardless, money is still flowing in from TUI so comfortable adding another 200k of shares here, 2.23MMbbls is worth few cents IMO

with directors holding a significant chunk of shares i don't think a small dividend is completely out of the question

the format of the quarterly looks a little more professional than the usual few sentences cobbled up every quarter
