It's because until Friday there was a gap at .20 on the charts. Most chartists believe that gaps usually close/fill. A gap is created when a stock opens either higher or lower than it closed the day before (gapping up or down) and obviously doesn't fill until the price passes back through that point. A lot of people believe that this 20c gap needed to fill before it could take off again. That's what the relief is about
