but you have put some thought into your claim. Would have saved us both the trouble if you did it the first time, but anyway.

1. full year loss have been known for 6 months
2. carbon tax affects all domestic airlines
3. airfare hike??? isn't that a good thing...
4. TA..... hows that working for you in the last 2 weeks.

Look at the end of the day you have reasons not just hot air, so i guess thats something.
