but that said I have to tell you staying in this low share price will not guaranty that the next lot of share placements will be at a higher price.

that said next placement will come when Tino decides to announce the new acquisition. Topping it with maybe 500 million new shares at .001 and most likely more options, the share price could be like this forever.

not looking attractive for anyone to buy in, as people look and observe the share price movements.
