It would be interesting to be privy to the intricacies of the relationships between the chairman, the ceo and Willis trading.

I always thought the agreements with Willis trading didn’t make sense at all. One analyst, I forgot from what institution, claimed that this arrangement of share based incentives would actually be a tailwind for sales. Just on speculation alone, I wouldn’t mind betting that a main channel for bubs to the Chinese market, probably controlled and overseen by the chairman and ceo through questionable arrangements, has collapsed, thus leading to the ousting of the chairman and exit of Deloitte.

But then again this could all be market optics and perhaps a Chinese strategy to crash the value of a company and pick it up cheap while allowing key insiders to exit with a handsome reward. Didn’t something similar to Bellamy’s?

All speculations of course but this whole situation just reeks of something foul brewing behind the scenes.

Nonetheless I can’t help but wonder if there is a trading opportunity in this, perhaps after the 4c? Front running it now would certainly not be for the faint of heart.
