there history of the last 5 years is littered with poor decision making and recative moves.
if odds factory is as good as they claim and i suppose confirmed by the fanatics buyout, then why are they not expanding into other markets , or , at least leasing their platform.
stake would pay tens of millions p.a to lease the tech to run their in play.
who is going to pay 250m plus to buy a business that is just going cash flow + ????
that is a lot of money to give up in order to break even your income against expenses.
so leasing is the only viable option to maximise shareholder value.
all these guys have done is destroy shareholdrr value while being paid super good money to do it
