In my humble speculative opinion, I feel that PMV will take it over for about 90c/share. which would value the whole company at circa $750Million which is a very very cheap outcome for them and the potential synergies involved with this transaction, its just too cheap where it is right now especially considering that KGN is still valued at $1.1billion which to me is a laughable valuation.
