Every other state or territory has handled the pandemic without serious lockdowns. Melbourne is the only incompetent government that thinks lockdowns are the only way to win. Lockdown x4 for Melbourne.
Look at Sydney.... they just know how to contact trace better. Don't try and spin that this lockdown was good for Victorian case numbers. lol
Look at the devastation it is having to small business, 60 cases in the community from one cluster and EVERY small business is pretty much shut down... The government massively panicked because they don't trust their contact tracing system.
