Pleasing to see the five per cent gain in the SP by 1330 today, but remains to be seen if it can hold until 1610 hours as there are many sellers asking 32 cents.
With so many on holidays of whom more than usual aren't obsessively checking their smartphones or PCs re SPs, ASX trading in this Christmas - New Year 'half week' (with a 1410 hours end coming up on Thursday 31 December) is not well aligned with much of the rest of a normal year.
