Cash and liquid assets (shares in BRK) are approx 20% higher than market cap. No major debts/contingencies or other liabilities to worry about either.
I suspect they will opt for the full loan to the Canadian producer to get a 40% return on the whole lot, given the first investment has already done very well. Maybe they will announce more deals like this soon, it won't take much of an outlay of cash to generate a couple of $m revenue per year, and the operating costs are far lower. I like the arrangement a lot.
