I was concerned "Stonehorse Energy" might be an aggressive take-over target considering its enterprise value.

So i did some research on how likely this is.
The ASX has a number of rules that control the acquisition of large parcels of shares in a company.

After reading this and articles from the ASX it appears to me that a aggressive takeover is less likely, of course this does not apply to a friendly takeover or to groups of people forming a trust or cooperative and controlling the company.

At 5%, i think the owner has to declare their ownership to the ASX.
