Its been a year and almost 1 month since the gold coast investment showcase June 2022.

In brisbane2022 David Deloub said :

“The strategy our shareholders have um, signed off on and expect us to um sort of work towards is to sort of grow a portfolio of these working interest to ultimately deliver a fairly long um,set of an annuity, um cash flows that we can at some point um, um, you know return to sharehold. . .to our long-suffering shareholders” , um in um, the form of dividends or perhaps a share buyback.”

He then goes on with

‘about another 18 or so month still of growing that portfolio before we, we can get to that stage. but um we’re well on our way to doing it and um we think our strategy err ,if we stick to that strategy that’s that’s that’s the way to achieve that, eer”

To sum up he is 6 months behind in bringing on(?)the Louisiana wells. I’m not to sure on the exact interpretation of ‘bringing on’.. but dividends/share buy-back won’t be till at least June 2024.

If a investors presentation would have occurred this year I bet David would have got investors scratching their heads.. market cap of 9.6 million and Cash & equivalents of 12.5 million with 40% returns. How does that work.....
