That's kind of the point of my post...SHE now have enough cash, and recurring cashflow to do BOTH in parallel (pay a healthy dividend AND execute a growth strategy).
They do not have to wait for the growth strategy execution, because there is more than enough cash to allocate to 2-3-4 wells. So they can continue working on that (which they've done for the last year, with some minimal success), and at the same time SHE can build a market reputation as a strong dividend-paying, cashflow machine. Which I think will very positively reframe SHE as an investment proposition to a broader investing community.
David has been talking about wanting to pay dividends for nearly a year now already, and it always seems to be "within the next year or two". It can easily be done this current financial year, and not put at risk the future growth in any way.
