To Recap if we could buy SHE outright then the benefits would be a 70% recoup of cost after purchase, A year later we would get the remaining 30% with cash left in the company and a 47% of initial cost returned annual for a few years.

It would have to be a 100% buy out or nothing.

I like this plan a lot. SHE is not really behaving like a public company, and would be better off private with sensible capital returns to the ownership group.

count me in for the buy-out group!
