Net Deferred Tax losses in annual report are reported for 2022 as 7,395,993 and for 2021as 7,148,457 . IF they are reporting Deferred Tax losses then it implies the ATO have agreed to these being deferred tax losses.

I believe the Deferred Tax losses can be carried forward to offset future tax. If they these were utilized over the last 2 years then would have have a few extra million in the kitty.

Why are they not utilizing these tax losses,They should be counted as an asset but if they are not being used then !

SHE share price is still within negative enterprise value and that is without recording the assets of Oil in the ground ,wells pumping, Working interest or even over 7 million in accrued deferred tax losses.
