    The tax losses are worth about $2.4m at a 30% tax rate. Plus underlying cash and shares in BRK, it should be capped around $14-15m (about 2 or 2.1c per share), but that's assuming a PE ratio of 0x.... add another 0.4c per every 1x of PE you want to price in.
