Seems likely that retail uptake will be limited, assuming that retail holders didn't rush to confirm that they'd be taking up the offer, given the current price. The Germans have underwritten it and so will likely be taking on a whole load more shares... I wonder what the implications of that will be. Haven't run the numbers to see what their maximum holding would end up at.
