Yep - could be that, or avoiding margin call on an existing loan. Or it might have been someone who wants to offload a small parcel and thinks it will give a signal to the market that the price is now $0.6 - I see that someone has now put a buy order for 5000 shares at $0.6, and then a sell appeared for 1403 shares at $0.595.
Anyway - none of it is too far off market price anyway. Almost worth opening a Singapore trading account for the arbitrage though.
