Certainly possible for the world to enter a recession , I don't you are down ramping...just been realistic. At same time the China Government supplies 90% of the world rare earth and we can count on them to take advantage of this by further decreasing the supply.
Sure the prices will come down but then we also have to consider that the supply curve will shift to the left.....I am wondering out loud where the prices will find equilibrium... food for thought.
