0.7c cap raise- vote yes or no?, page-36

I liked the investor presentation and the time frame to production it maps out but not sure what the benefit is of telling us on the one hand that Azarga will buy 19.9% of BLR for $2.3 mill (@ 0.7c/ share) valuing us at a market cap of about $12 mill and then saying the company will have a market cap post placement of $24.7 mill (valued @1.5c/ share).

Gotta be clear about the fact that we are issuing another 327 million shares at a very cheap price and this will bring the total shares to 1.6 billion. Thats one hell of a dilution from 800 million shares 2 months ago.

I hope 1.5c holds post CR (assuming it gets approved) but no need to be selective with the facts to pump the story.
