    I wouldn't try to second guess anything ATM but simply follow the smart money north. We all know that .05 c/r was ridiculously low but i can say that after speaking to the ex CFO during the trading halt ( he resigned a few days before) he told me point blank BLR could not raise the funds with I presume "sophs" so the MD did what he had to do.

    bet those guys are kicking themselves..
