0.5c sp increase per month will do for starters in 2012...
Market assessment of PVE is probably also considering the fact they'll probably need to fund-raise for off-shore activity as revenue generation hasn't been as good as it could have been in the past few months.
Not knocking them at all, they've been doing all the right things considering set-backs, but 'sentiment' isn't at it's best these days for any company not showing amazing progress and results..imo..
