A very significant question. I am not sure if Doc Wang did the pilot study but I believe he designed the recovery circuits. The last recovery figure was 5.5% which needs to rise by 36% to reach the DFS target of 7%%. It's looking very doubtful that 75% will ever be reached but in my opinion Doc Wang has a lot of explaining to do when after almost a year there has been no meaningful gain in recovery. The initial recovery was at 6% but that appears to have been from high grade ore. It would appear that the main problem lies with the fines circuit.
